(North Kansas City, Missouri October 27, 2008). Local Promoter Titan Entertainment, in association with M-1 Global and Affliction will present the first ever M-1 Challenge show in the United States on Wednesday, October 27th at Harrah’s Casino in Kansas City, Missouri.
After successful events in Holland, Russia, Spain, Korea, and England, M-1 Global and Affliction will bring “the World Cup of MMA” to the Heartland as four countries square off in the 8th installment of the 2008 M-1 Challenge MMA fight series. Participating countries will include some of the best up and coming MMA fighters from Japan, Spain, Korea, and France. In addition, two big Super Bouts featuring local MMA sensation Bobby Voelker and Affliction veteran Mike Whitehead will cap off the night of a dozen live MMA fights.
