MMAonTap.com has recently reported that Jason Brilz (15-1-1) will be making his UFC debut at Ultimate Fight Night 15 in Omaha, Nebraska against Brad Morris (9-3) at 205lbs.
Brilz, 33, lives and trains in Nebraska, he also works as a firefighter when he’s not in the cage. He is a former high school state wrestling champion and four-year letterman at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Brilz is currently riding an 11-fight winning streak and has notable wins over the likes of Jason MacDonald, Alex Schoenauer, Michael Patt and Rob Wince.
The event, which will be held Sept. 17, will be Brad Morris’s second time in the octagon. He was beaten by Cain Velasquez at UFC 83 via first-round TKO. Morris will be coming down in weight for the LHW fight.
