The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the ticket numbers for WEC 35 that took place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and the Zuffa owned organization was only two tickets shy of a sellout.

A total of 1,006 (including 272 comps) MMA fans showed up Sunday night to watch the championship triple-header which ended with Carlos Condit and Jamie Varner retaining their titles, and Steve Cantwell upsetting Brian Stann to take the 205lb. title.

The organization’s previous show, WEC 34, which featured a main event of Jens Pulver vs. Urijah Faber, broke WEC records for live gate, attendance, and ratings.

Their next show, WEC 36, takes place in Hollywood, Fla. at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and features a main event of Urijah Faber taking on Mike Brown.
