Dan Henderson is an elite contender in the UFC's middleweight division. Henderson holds the unique distinction of being the last middleweight and light heavyweight champion of PRIDE FC and he remains the only MMA fighter in history to hold titles in two weight classes at the same time. Henderson is also a co-founder of Team Quest, along with Matt Lindland and Randy Couture.
