Running through simulations, EA Sports UFC has figured out what is going to happen tonight at UFC 183.
According to the video game, Anderson Silva will score a third round TKO over Nick Diaz in the main event.
Check out a complete round-by-round breakdown courtesy EA Sports below:
Round 1: Both fighters came out ready to trade, with Diaz pushing the pace early, using his elite-level boxing to apply pressure and string together combos whenever possible. Silva threw the majority of the kicks landed in the first frame, targeting the legs while also going high from time to time.
Round 2: The second round saw Silva continue to deal with pressure from Diaz by utilizing head movement and countering his opponent’s strikes. While Diaz looked to mix it up with some kicks to the body, he was stuffed on his only takedown attempt of the round.
Round 3: While the first two rounds were relatively close with Silva enjoying the slight edge in significant strikes landed, The Spider picked up his pace in the third frame and went looking for the finish. After backing Diaz up against the cage midway through the round and locking up a Thai clinch, Silva dropped the Stockton native with a knee to the head before finishing him off with some ground and pound for a third round TKO stoppage.
