Donald Cerrone won’t get the chance to compete in his native state this coming weekend at UFC Fight Night 60, but “Cowboy” does have his name signed to the dotted line for his next bout.
After scoring his seventh straight victory last month with a decision over Benson Henderson, most believe Cerrone with face Khabib Nurmagomedov in a No. 1 contender match for the UFC lightweight title.
Cerrone didn’t disclose who’s name he is waiting on, but did confirm his side of the contract is complete.
