Bantamweight Cory Tait will be calling Cage Warriors home for the foreseeable future as he’s inked a five fight deal.
“I’m excited to be signing with Cage Warriors,” said Tait. “Like myself, the promotion has come a long way in the last few years. I think this is the perfect time for me to show what I’m capable of and for Cage Warriors to have me.”
Tait is 7-2 and has stopped every fight. He debuted in Cage Warriors before spending the last three years exclusively for UCMMA. Out of that promotion, Tait was their featherweight and bantamweight champion. Recently, Tait knocked out Spencer Hewitt.
The promotion currently has no bantamweight champion, but that changes at Cage Warriors 59 as a one night tournament is set.
No debut information is known at this time.
