Conor McGregor Insults Max Holloway, “Blessed” Fires Back

Hours after Max Holloway secured himself a second victory over Jose Aldo at UFC 218 Saturday night, Conor McGregor fired off the above post on Twitter.

Back in 2013 before either were wearing UFC gold, the reigning lightweight champion scored a decision victory over Holloway. Since that time, “Blessed” has won 12 consecutive fights, with McGregor going on to win the featherweight belt and the 155-pound title.

McGregor, who was stripped of the featherweight title after winning his second crown, has yet to defend his belt.

Holloway, no doubt enjoying his moment in the spotlight after the victory over Aldo, responded on Twitter to “Notorious.”
