The lineup for UFC 186 is a shell of its original self.
Gone are UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw, former champion Renan Barao, top welterweight contenders Rory MacDonald and Hector Lomboard, and now, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
But, Ultimate Fighter: The Nations winner – and Canada’s own – Chad Laprise is trying to get support back up for the event.
Laprise, a native of Chatham, Ontario, will face Bryan Barberena at the April 25 event from Montreal. The 28-year-old is 9-0 in his career, including two Octagon wins over Olivier Aubin-Mercier and Yosdenis Cedeno.
