If you’ve ever watched an event put on by the UFC, whether it be a live card or a weigh-in, you’ve seen Burt Watson screaming, running around and acting like he’s doing a thousand things at once.
Well, that’s because Watson usually was.
The long-time “Babysitter to the stars” announced his retirement after 14 years with the promotion on Tuesday via Twitter.

Rumors started circulating that Watson had a “run-in” with the UFC over the weekend, leaving an event midway through it. He was on-hand for weigh-ins Friday and a portion of Saturday’s card from Los Angeles.
During his time, Watson has helped fighters manage their weight, get their families settled in at the stops made by the Octagon and just keep everyone balanced and prepared for fight-night. He missed just two events during his run, both for family weddings.
