Saturday’s Bellator 106 scored an average rating of 1.1 million viewers and peaked with 1.4 million viewers during the main event. Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney is ready to carry that momentum into the final few shows of Season 9.
“We keep climbing and I think the rest of the season is going to be ridiculously strong,” said Rebney to MMA Weekly. “I think we’re going to do real good numbers the rest of the season.”
While the numbers were the highest Bellator has ever done, Rebney said he’s never happy and wants to keep improving. The promotion returns today, November 8, with Bellator 107.
Today’s card features the tournament finals of the bantamweight, middleweight and heavyweight divisions.
Bellator 107’s main card starts at 9 p.m. ET on Spike TV, where all three tournament finals can be seen. The event comes from the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, OK.
