Former Bellator champion and ex-U.S. Olympic wrestler Ben Askren will look to defend his ONE FC welterweight title this April against Luis Santos.
Apex Sports Agency, which represents Santos, first reported the news, to which Askren confirmed.
I guess it has been linked, but just so everyone knows I will be giving Luis "Sapo" Santos a beating on April 24. @ONEFCMMA

The two will meet April 24 from Manila.
Askren is unbeaten in 14 pro fights, having won the ONE FC title last year over Nobutatsu Suzuki after debuting with win vs. Bakhtiyar Abbasov. He left Bellator after his contract expired, signing with the Asian promotion instead of the UFC.
Santos has strung together seven straight wins, including a finish in November in his ONE FC debut vs. Abbasov.
