Bellator Denies Attila Vegh’s Claim That He Was Asked To Sit Out His Next Title Defense

Bellator are denying claims from their light heavyweight champion Attila Vegh that the promotion asked him to step aside to make way for a more lucrative Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal vs. Emanuel Newton fight for the interim belt.

MMA Rocks spoke with Poland’s Vegh in an interview that reached attention over the weekend. Bellator confirmed Vegh is injured by producing a medical report which can be seen here.
