Eduardo Dantas put an exclamation point on Bellator 156 Friday night, dominating Marcos Galvao and regaining the Bellator bantamweight title.
Dantas scored a decision victory, claiming all five rounds on all three scorecards in convincing fashion. The win improved his record to 18-4 overall, while Galvao dropped to 17-7-1.
In the co-main event, Chidi Njokuani finished Thiago Jambo with a kick to the body in the third round, while John Salter submitted former champion Brandon Halsey in the first.
